Christmas activities 2023

We had a really busy and homely Christmas with lots of activities. The first picture shows a concert by Sophie, who has been really popular since she began performing at Eastfield Music for health came and did an interactive music session and you can see from the picture below that everyone was encouraged to get involved. There is clear evidence to suggest that music is really beneficial for our mental health so great that residents are enjoying the sessions.
